The final release of Blackspirit Graphics 2.0.

Changes

• Only images supported by Java Image IO can be loaded (by default no TGA)
• Not using PBuffer with Intel graphics cards to properly support image drawing.

Known bugs

• Points not drawn on some systems (when glPointSize is set to 1)

Fixed bugs

• Image drawing using PBuffer does not work as expected on Intel cards but does not fail.
